Door Panel question

I found some door panels off a parts car that are in better shape than mine and match perfect. The only thing is, I have the Bose speaker grill in mine (which I want to keep), and the new door panel has the perma-plastic grill.
Does anyone know how easy it is to cut out the plastic grill and swap in the Bose grill to the new panel?
I don't have the Bose system anymore, but I want to keep the grill.

I am pretty sure that the grills are mounted by sliding them over a plastic knub and then they melted the knub so it shouldnt be to hard to swap them.I never seen the back of a bose style one but I have the thick plastic bar style and that is how it is.I am sure you could make something work.

The door panels are identical.

If you look at the plastic speaker grille area you will see slots along the side of it. Those are for the bose speaker grilles.

Just take the bose door panel off, bend the metal tabs straight and pull the grille off. Then cut the plastic off of the other door panel to match how they did the Bose panel (you will see when you get the grille off.

Put the grille on and bend the tabs to lock it in place and put the panel on the car.

Its cake.
