Visiting NJ/NY

Hey all, I'm visiting NJ and NY this weekend and was wondering if there any good junk yards. I may have some spare time up here and thought that I could pass by one or two. (I could always use some spare parts)

Only decent junkyard in NY that I can think of, is a very large one behind Shea Stadium.

If you're in the NJ area, head over to philly(philadelphia), near the passyunk area (ask the toll people, they know), there is a plethora of junkyards there, like a couple blocks worth of them. I know one of them have a 300zx (brakes comes to mind), and several others with 3rd and 4th gen max. Prices are ok, not great, but the key is to shop around, (still cheaper than NY I think).

If you're in the NJ area, there's only ONE around Camden, but they sell stuff for extremely cheap prices (5bucks MAF and other goodies. There's also one in the Deptford/Glassboro area, with about 4 3rd gen max, 2 with digi everything, 1 with digi climate control, and 1 with digi dash.

Hey disgruntled, any particular junkyard you'd suggest for maxima and Solara (Not mine, seriously!!!!) parts in philly. I live in center city and am looking for a good junkyard close by. Thanks.

I don't know about the Solara, but there's this one place, I forgot the name, but on their sign, they have a dragon on it, would sell stuff for MUCH MUCH cheaper than the rest of the yards, and the guy there is actually very knowledgeable about Maxima. The prices are inconsistent, so again, I would advise you to spend a day or so, and go to various ones and shop around.

Oh, the junkyards around there are business partners or something, so they can intercom one another, so if you ask them about the Solara, and if they say no, just ask if they know any other place that has them, and you should be set.
