rims

right now i have a set of pirelli tires , but they have stock rims , i was wondering where a good place to get rims for my tire is...
the tire size is the same as the stock tire, 205/65-15
im looking to keep the tires that i have now because they still have good treading left to them and they are in good shape , but the stock rims have got to go..

Don't waste your time. Just put them on your stockers until you get enough $ for some real wheels/tires.

If you're looking for a decent deal, and must have new rims. www.wheelmax.com and go with Motegis. I have a set of 15" MR7 Motegis (my traveling rims) I'm ordering a set 17" later in August.

What is the condition of your rims? How about you sell your tires and rims as a pair. Make some cash, and get yourself something wider perhaps? Maybe 225 or larger?

I know www.tirerack.com sells rims. Don't know if it's a good place to get rims though, since I never purchased any.

in order to keep your current tires you have to stay with the same rim size.
so the only advantage would be if you found a lighter weight rim.

wheel choices

I'm looking for a set of 15" MSW mesh basketweaves. Real '80s styling, look great on 3rd gens. Is MSW even still in business? I saw a set of Tenso R RS5s on 3rd gen.; looked great except for the gold centers. Any mesh wheel (pref. w/ a lip) would do, except the BBS 3-piece real deals ($). Any suggestions?

Try looking for some used rims that will fit your tires then.

i have motegi mr7's i am looking to get rid of. they look really good especially if your car is lowered. right now they have toyo ts1 195/ 50 /15 on them. tires have maybe 9000 miles. if you dont want the tires, the tires you have will fit right on. the tires that are on right now will lower the car a little bit so if your not already lowered it may look funny but i do not know. also your speedo will be a little off as well. if you want them pm me and make offer .
