Ok just replaced the window reg with a new reg/motor, and the window will go up, but not down!!! What the heck!?!?!?!?! Am I missing something on the install or does it have to be the switch itself??

i would think so. check the harness and make sure all the wires are good and make sure all connectors are in. then i guess inpsect the switch if you can take it apart.
