Hi members,

I have installed an alarm with remote start on in 92SE but it would not start when it's cold. Does any body knows the problem why. And can someone tell me which wire is for disabling the factory alarm. Thanks

 

You need a relay to power the cold cranking starter wire,Nissan's have 2 starter wires both must be powered to start car when cold. I just did a remote start on my 92 Se last week. you can go to craig b.'s website or just start testing wires with a multimeter. My two starter wires were
Blk/Yellow (Starter 1) and Blk/Grn.(Starter 2 or cold cranker).Just post again if you need help with the relay.
