changing foglight bulbs help

is there any way to change the foglight bulb? the passenger side is burnt and i have to change it, but i have no idea how to take the bulb out. I have the bulb out of the housing, but it's still connected to the metal thing.

The easiest way is to take the bracket off the car. There are two 10mm bolts and one electrical plug. From there, you have two small phillips screws holding the housing together. Once you get that off, the bulb just has a little spring deal in there and you are done.

Oh, don't touch the new bulb...

I think my bulbs were more like $15

They match my fake HID ricer headlights, though...

ok, i got to the point where i took the bulb out with the spring deal thing, but i have no idea how to change the bulb itself.what is that white little wire thing that is on the bottom of the bulb, and halfway down is surrounded by this paper type material, am suppose to cut that or something?

No, that foam stuff is like a heat shield. Don't cut the wires, but pull back the foam (might have to cut it slightly, like with an X-acto knife) and there is a small plug in there.

ok, i know what your saying, but that connector is a little hard to get off though. It seems like no matter how hard i try to pull the connector out, it won't move, it seems like its stuck in there. Wow, all this work just to change a foglight bulb...lol

Yeah maybe just spray a little liquid wrecnh on it and let it set for a while. I've actually never heard of the connector getting stuck on a fog light.
