hinge pins

hinge pins

so i am finally trying to fix my door...and the question is: how do you get the pin out of the hinge? it appears to be spot welded to the hinge...also, where can i get these pins? stealership?

Are you trying to take the door off?....If you are there are 2 bolts on each hinge that attach the hinge to the door.....

you can't replace the pins. must replace the entire hinge. they aren't that expensive though. like $15 a piece I think.

where to get? internetautomart? dealer? probably not a junk yard, as who knows how long before the pin goes bad on those too right?

Yes IAM could most likely get them for you, but honestly you should be able to order these at any dealership.

Yeah, super cheap at the dealership. You can only get hinges for the max.
