In Over My Head, Perhaps!

I'm replacing the carpet in my 94 Max and it looks like in addition to the console, most of the dash assembly and diagnostic computer has to be removed. Is this correct, am I missing something?

Thanks for the help.

When I had my carpet out, I removed all of the seats and center console. I did have to use a box knive near the ecu, or diagnostic computer as you call it. I would go that route if I were you, just cut where no one can see it. Take off a little bit of the dash, not most of it. Good luck
