well when i bought it it bugged me soo i went up to the junk yard and got on
i notice that our dome lights dim when we close the door
a few weeks ago i saw that my light wont dim any more
i was going to ask if we had a relay or something for that

it's your timer unit, just take the bottom cover off (the large piece that has a rectangular hole where all the fuses are) right behind the alarm box, it is a white plastic box that looks almost like a bar of soap. After you got it off, carefully pry it open and inspect the circuitry, more than likely there will be a burnt connection somewhere in there, just lightly sand off the surface where the burnt circuit is, and then solder the broken connection.
