Me wantz a WAI

I look at the diagrams of the one's on ebay, and it seems that the '92 accord one seems a bit long. The 4th gen Maxima WAI seems to be closer, but has that extra little nipple. Wouldn't it suffice if I just blocked off that little nipple and used that?

Hehehehehe.....I said nipple.....hehehehehe

Here is a link to a cold air intake. This site has 2 VE intakes, one for $60 & one for $68. Plus shipping, I think $12, or something. I was wondering myself about using a 4G intake off ebay, 'cause they have them for under $30 a piece

Seems to me that the stock tube has more turbulence. And from what I discovered when I had that MAF adapter that was squared on the inside, turbulence can make a real-time difference.

Not to mention, no more airbox resonator.

The accord one does work and it has been done before. When you get rid of the air box and all that other crap you'll have enough space. Or if you have a dremel.......

Wait till the dremel just doesn't seem enough, then you go out a buy a 4.5" ryboi grinder. It becomes a sickness... lol.

Call me old fashioned, but nothing beats the plain old hammer. And then there is always the TNT.

I tried the hammer. Couldn't quite get the head past the throttlebody.
