CAI or WAI for 2k3?

Well I did do a search and I am still undecided. Now since I am sure that the CAI and WAI (warm air intake) owners have grown I would like to hear from as much people as possible.

1. Do all CAI require the fender wheel well to be cut?
I think the Injen goes over the engine, correct?
2. Does the CAI limit the MPH at about 120mph?
3. Which WAI and CAI would you all suggest?

I am thinking of going with a WAI over the CAI, first because I do not want to cut any part of my car, second I have heard that the CAI limits after about 120mph, not like I will be driving 120mph regularly.
Also the Injen goes over the engine, dosen't that make it a WAI?

1 - No, the Injen sits behind the radiator, the PR requires cutting
2 - What? Not quite... the restriction is in the ECU and is at about 142Mph
3 - WAI: Franken CAI: Place Racing (yes, cutting required, but I'm not a fan of putting a filter behind a radiator, and having it almost touch the ground. If performance differences will make your decision for you, visit this thread and provide a contribution:

Oh - your location should also be taken into consideration when making this decision. Warmer climate - mixed - cooler... using this each intake will perform differently.

Same here but I don't want to cut any part of my MAX. I think I might get the WAI.

So can I get some more recommendations?
