A question on painting...
A question on painting...
I finished repainting my grill today and would like to get a good couple coats of wax on it before I put it on the car. Nothing like bugs on day old paint. My question is how long should the paint cure before I wax it??

Well I did use 3 coats of Clearcoat.
I guess I should have given more specifics. Sanded ALL old paint off w-200g, then used 400 for smoothing, first 3 coats were with a paint for plastics. Not so good results, but it did lead to even more sanding. Then 2 coats of Dupli-color auto spray black, sand sand, then a final 4 coats of same paint, then 3 coats of clear coat.
I just want to know if there is anything I can do to further protect it.
Thanks!!
