I just got back from the dealer yesterday with the 120,000 mile service and they gave me a list of things that needed to be changed. I need some major work and I would rather get some performance parts instead of just Nissan parts. Here is a list of things that need to be fixed, changed,or replaced. I would really appreciate any info you guys have as to what I could get and where. Also if there are any mechanics out there, do these prices seem right for a dealer?

Clutch and slave cylinders are leaking $447.42
Rear main seal is leaking also clutch slips under load $875.
Power steering hose leaking $272.78
Left outer CV boot starting to tear $225.00
Recommend drive belts $145.00
Need left and right exhaust manifold $1500.00

These are all the things I need done. I'm looking for performance parts to replace the old is what I'm really trying to say. Thanks

You could upgrade to an aftermarket clutch and/or pressure plate, but, it's not necessary. Stock is fine for most slightly modded Maximas. The car is probably slipping now because of the oil leak, which is probably on the current clutch/flywheel.

Ouch.. the manifold is going to hurt. There's nothing that I know of as an aftermarket upgrade for headers (From Stillen), but Pacesetter may have something..

First of all, you getting reamed on those prices. Take it to a local mechanic for cheaper prices.

The only things you could really upgrade from that list is a shaved or aluminum flywheel and a stronger clutch
