I think the problem was twofold.

1) he was given a couple of chances to right the ship. He chose not to. In fact, he lashed out even harder, which adds fuel to the flaming for all of us.

2) he called out a long-time member in good standing. James is a guy most of us have dealt with and know him as an honest guy.
