addco sway bar... bolts undoing themselves!

ive searched through site and havent found anycases like mine:

i have the ADDco rsb and the BLehmco links
i installed 2 months ago and this tuesday when i was welding on the L brackets for the stock eye-hole for the links (mine broke ahaha)
i noticed the left rear bolt, the short 17mm fine thread. loosened iteslf quite a bit. the horizontal bolt that attatches the supplied bracket to the car.
so i checked and its not stripped, so i torqued her up and thought that was it.

so friday when i was putting on my snow tyres
(HAkapillita 2 STUDDED!) i saw that it again loosened it self! and i only drove maybe 30 miles tops since monday.
whats up? any help would be appreciated.
im thinkning about putting loctite on the threads.

thanks!

When MrGone and I put my springs and struts on, I think we forgot to put the lock washers back on one side when we replaced the RSB. About 1/4 of the way home from his house, I heard a "bang" like something smacked under the car, but I didn't see any rocks...then it felt like the rear end was loose. I pulled over at the next off ramp and one bolt was gone and the other nut was loose. The sway bar was just barely hanging on on one side.

Since I didn't have tools with me (I was using MrGone's) I pulled into Yakima and bought a bolt a couple of nuts, lock washers and a cheap set of crescent wrenches. I put everything back together in a Target parking lot

moral -- use locking washers or locking nuts.
