What the "Electron bat"? And door relay?

The 93 Maxima GXE has a parsitic drain coming from the "Electron bat" fuse circuit. What is the electron bat and where is it? Likely needs replacing. Draining my 12V battery while parked (~110mA). With the fuse removed, the drain drops to 6mA.

Where's the relay for the keyless entry? My automatic doors sometimes does not work, but will after start working later. I can hear a click near the steering wheel. Any good discount parts dealers?

the electron bat circuit is the one that supplies power to the accessories with the car off. like the clocks time circuit, the radios memory etc.

What's the proper amount of mA drain from the electron bat circuit? Is the automatic antenna motor attached to the electron bat fuse?
