Is the Fuel Pump Sending Unit the pump with the float et al? If so, would one from a 1989 or 1990 Maxima fit a VE?

i ran it through my canuck translator 2000 and i believe the question was:

does a fuel pump sending unit include the pump and float and allother fuel-related devices hardware?

i guess my first question is what the hell is a fuel pump sending unit?

there's the sending unit and then there's the pump...and i'm not sure what else u're refering to by et al...i think those are the only two items in the tank

 

Ok then...If this is indeed what he is asking then my answer is...The fuel gauge sending units are the same IIRC,and the sending unit and pump are separate parts,but the pumps from vg to ve are different...
