well last night was taking out my back seat lightening my car a little and well after i puled the seat out and the little saftly bar i foun this cylinder thing it does not spin and it right behind the fuel pump it has 4 screws in it to bolt it down i will try to get a pic of it but i have no idea what it is. what is it? what does it go to? can i take it out?
