There will be multiple bans you guys don't knock off the drama.

MaximaOverdo$e: practice good fellowship, there is no need to badmouth other peoples cars. Treat others as you want to be treated.

I can't believe I had to say that crap, ugh

One day I will run out of 3rd gen parts though and I can finally be finished with them.

Craig has a new job and a girlfriend so he is pretty busy. Plus I think he loves his Prelude more than his max now...na just kidding.

He is doing well though...I keep in contact with him some over email.

thanks Joe and Mike!

I haven't been on nearly as much as I used to when I was in college and at my last job. Now I have a real job where I actually do stuff during the day and can't get onto this site from there. I still do read through every few days, but not nearly as much. And yeah, I keep busy with the girlfriend.
The prelude has been getting more attention now too - new seats, cruise control, etc (http://www.cardomain.com/id/craigbprelude)

I love this thread. Matt and Jeff have both helped me out numerous times. I've learned a lot from them. I've learned a lot from a lot of people on this forum. If I start naming names, I KNOW I will leave somebody out. But you know who you are.

The 3rd gen community has always been a tight knit group. If we all stick together, we will survive without Matt and Jeff. As for me, I hope to stick around for a long time! The only thing that could take me away is if I lose my Maxima outside my control. Then I might move on. But I will NEVER sell my Maxima to someone else unless they offer me an insane amount of money.

i hope some OG's stay around. i don't drive a 3rd gen anymore but i still frequent this forum from time to time. i hope they do the same IF they decide to move on. i still remember the "pre Mr.Gone as a mod era", and when Matt was on his process of moving from OK to Houston.

The whole 3rd gen OG lifestory is just a click away using the search feature lol. I think I have a thread where Matt and Jeff first started to get to know each other back in 00' (sorry guys, I just had to show it to em)

We should get a picture thread going of owners with their Maximas. It'd be interesting since I have only met one other member and talked to another one on the phone. I'd like to be able to match a face with a car.

Yeah, there's only maybe 2 dozen regular 3rd geners. I'll have to wait till I have all my new parts installed and the weather to warm up before I will have some new pics.

I love your Maxima - it the cleanest black VE 5spd I know of. Sorry I left you off my list.

When I was 18, I bought an '88 Prelude automatic - right hand drive. Loved that car - little booger would handle. It was a great car right up until I totalled it.
