Windex will mess up your plastic on the interior of your maxima. To clean your dash Armor all sounds good. I would just use resolve to clean your cloth interior, it will work fine w/out messing up your cloth.

take this from a professional~

i am a professional, take one guess what cloth is! its fibers! who cleans fibers better than anyone on cloth or floor? a carpet cleaner, thats right~ take your car to a local carpet cleaner, ask them to use a good prespray, and there truck mount(great psi on spray & super vacuum),and with an attachment. They will not charge you alot. i would charge you like 35.00 to do it floors and all the seats. it takes all of 20 min problably. i have done alot of cars for my friends and trucks. believe me if i can make a junk yard seat look brand new so can they. Good luck! =)
