Pacesetter header vs. warpspeed Y pipe

What do you guys think would be better? Can you have both or does the header eliminate the need for a Y pipe?

pacesetter has fitment probs, this has been voiced over and over and over again. warpspeed y works as well as any other mod you can put on a 3rd gen. if you want headers that bad just pull your stock manifolds and port them out. while i had my manifolds off to drill out bolts from the head i used an air powered rotary tool to widen manifold ports. this works extremely well, taking into account the stock manifolds flow well already. as explained before, the most restrictive point of a 3gen exhaust is the stock y.

btw, have you ever heard of anyone from pacesetter ever roaming these boards? hell no. pacesetter doesn't give a f*** about maximas or anyone that drives one. dallas from warpspeed is well known here and provides good product. you're a fool to trust your money with a company like pacesetter.

i have a new set of pacesetters, never installed.....havent had time to install and been short of cash. people say theres fitment problems and stuff, but pacesetter is a good name, i dont understand why they would make a non-matching products.

as stated above, ill sell my COMPLETE pace setter exhaust....at your own risk.

i have everything up there, exhaust-wise on my car; no one on here believes me, but this baby books compared to how it was when i first bought it.
(as for that video of me and the grand prix 3.1...my buddy has to get a capture card because he bought the cheaper camera without the firewire output! so when he gets a job or i just give up the money to do it, ill have that vid for you guys)

y-pipe/headers are a bit rough in reverse...maybe i didnt do something right, but with the right rpms and wheels/tilt, i can feel the exhaust shake a bit in reverse.

dont do headers unless you plan on fixing the manifold studs anyhow...they WILL break. i shoulda saved my money, left my maxima alone, and bought a 300zxtt to book around in.

either the headers or y-pipe gave me a decent boost (maybe both?); monza exhaust just sounds cool.
