More and more problems...

Ok so I have taken care of the first round of fixs/mods....now for the fine tunning. I bought both new master and slave cylinders on the car. It shifts just like it did BEFORE I bought them. So where to next ? I bled the clutch as much as it would let me. Now to find out the intire clutch assembly moves about an inch-inch 1/2 when I put in the clutch. So went to home depot (worst idea ever) and tried looking for the metal zip ties,No luck, I figured I'd use really big plastic ones. It was beautiful for like five minutes and then back to what it was. So now I'm thinking my shifting issues is in the mount. I looked underneath and the bolt(s) are both there and both very tight just whatever they bolt to broke. Any suggestions as to how to repair this ? I'm thinkin just to weld it into place or whatever...

Also,

I'm hearing a loud, rough, hum..I'm thinking I need new hub bearings. The thing is it feels like it's slowung the car down some. Are there any other symptoms of bad bearing I need to know about ?
