I went to the Courtesy Nissan parts site and they mentioned that the FSTB they have for third gens is not manufactured for '92-'94 SE models. What's that all about?

they used to have a flatter design bar (which I was fortunate enough to get before it was discontinued), now it's a more round one and doesn't fit the VE
Some have bent the VG, I think Czar bent the 4th gen one to fit
search for strut tower bar or FSTB and you should find more info about this; it's a very common topic

yeah, i got an older bar from nevin (skymax) so it fit my VE. i should put that up for auction!!!! lol, i've heard get a 4th gen bar and bend her, or some other dude built a custom set of brackets for it. but i'll tell ya one thing, it's worth it, it made a huge difference on my max.

Take a towel and wrap it around the bar. Then run your tire up on the bar and give each side a little bend. Then put 1 washer under each bolt and pull your a/c hose back with a wire tie and it will be alright. Thanks Matt

heh, or just make custom brackets for it like me. then again, i dont know if you have access to a welder, etc. it was a ton of work, but the fit is really nice now. i didnt even have to bend the a/c hose out of the way.

Yes James FSTB looks really nice.Like it was made that way.And by the way James when you put those pedals on didnt you notice how much extra power it added.Man when I put my Razo pedals on it was the best mod I can chirp into 2nd with my auto.

Damn, guys, I'm going to have to get me some of them race pedals for my 92SE. What are my chances of taking a s2000 if I get me some chrome pedals?
