Trans help
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 91 Auto trans? I need wiring info for everything trans related. I've seen the org. members cardomain page with alot of info, but if anyone has any FSM pages they would help....thanks

If you dont already have it, contact me and I'll send you the FSM for the transmission and the electrical system. Only drawback is that you would have to give me until this Sunday (the latest). I'm super busy with work etc. Good luck.

I'm with these guys... a FSM is a must. But for now maybe this info can help you:
You can find this picture and lots of info on this subject and others at Wikings cardomain site here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/15

See what I'm tryin to do is.....the shop that re-rebuilt my tranny insists their job has nothin to do with why the lock-up converter is NOT functioning properly. It worked perfectly before the trans crapped out again. They tell me it's nothing to do with inside of trans which is covered under warranty, it's something with electrical side. I only have 500 miles left on warranty and am trying to get more info before I bring it back to them again. I can feel it go into lock-up at 45mph but it's not totally locked up and still some slippage. I spoke with a local Nissan dealers master tech and he told me that they should have replaced the torque converter this time again, which they didn't. It was originally replaced back in Feb. 05 with original rebuild. How would some of you guys go about taking this back to shop and getting it fixed right? Advice?

Yeah, they are right, from what I hear, if you use the same torque converter on a rebuilt tranny, it will fail after thirty days or so. The splines and the converter wear into each other, so when one of these is changed, you are more prone to failure.
