New Max, needs help...

Just bought a 91 SE 5spd, problem is when I start it it won't stay running, and going up a hill it completly dies out... would I be correct in replacing the fuel injectors or should I look in to a fuel pump first???
thanks for the help

hmmm, I would say my best guess is the fuel pump or fuel pickup in the tank.

stalling uphill

I would look for a vacuum leak first. Vacuum tends to drop, making this problem worse, going uphill.

I would agree with the vacuum. If that's not the problem then move to the fuel pump and pick-up. After that, I'm not really sure.

maybe the fuel pump is going bad, when you put stress on it, it cannot hold pressure??? or have you changed your fuel filter lately??
