Would this be before or after you get done wearing $80 worth of tires that could have been spent on getting alignment somewhere 6 months ago?

I'd like to try this myself as well. Thing is, you can always try it and as long as you don't completly destroy your alignment you can always take it to the shop for a back-up plan. (by the way greenmax I like your new (?) picard theme, quite entertaining and comical. Good to see the cap'n back in action)

Well of course he already knows to go to a shop. (Everyone does)
In fact I guess he, IMOO, wants to know how we did it, hence the poll. And why we choose to do it that way.

Remember I'm Assuming.

But I believe that any knowledge one human has, another can acquire it. Especially through trial and error. Most Machines exist to do a job of a human skill. Someone had to build it and make it work...blah blah blah

Anyway if I was going to DIM, I would spend the money and observe what they're doing. Then DIM.

Booooooooyyyyyyyyyyyzzzzzzzzzz

I totally agree with you up until the DIM part.. Thats great and all that you can learn from them, but you also need some equipment, a perfectly flat surface, and Im guessing something to hold the car up evenly while you make the adjustments. Wish it was as easy as they have it on their machine

$1300!? What could they possibly have messed up so badly that ran that much money, and you could still drive away?
