Grounding VTCs quick question!?

Hi guys I read Craig's write up on the vtc grounding but was a bit confused. So my question is, I just need to tap in a ground wire to the yellow wire which will lead the the screw correct? Also do I need those bullet connectors or can I use a "Tap-In Squeeze Connector" radioshack. The ones used for the fog rewire. Thanks guys, it was just a bit unclear for me.
