Thanks Guys I appreciate the comments !!
I now have to replace the transmission ..... It went bad
I've got a hook-up tho, 700.00 Installed From the trans shop that my work uses (Usually 2200.00 ) So I'm HAPPY !!! Not happy about the 700.00 But happy it's not 2200 dollars.

Then on to the exhaust manifold studs while the transmission is out as well as a new y-pipe
This will be my wifes car.

My car looks like this.... (NOT A MAXIMA)

ok....... That's enough of teh Focus

I like the maxima but it's too bad that my focus can beat it (When it had a good transmission.....
If my focus was stock the maxima would walk all over my focus.
Of course the Maxima is VERY nice for long trips as the ride is Far better, and if I moded out the maxima It would really kill my focus LOL !!

well probably not that Maxima. There isnt a lot you can do to a GXE without getting into a lot of money (cams, turbo, etc.) to make it very fast.

What you need to do is drive a VE5 car...you will want it then.

I have driven one a 1999 SE Dark Silver (Gunmetal ??) with black leather
Moon roof, Spoiler, Bose... It was SEX !!!
But too bad I couldn't afford it they wanbted 9800 for it, so NO
Those maxima's are 190 HP if I am correct.......

Here's an update...
The paint has what they call "shrinkage" causing hairline cracks only visible in a reflection, apparently all complete repaints do this... So I called the Bodyshop and they said it was normal and they would color-sand and buff it to fix it. What do you guys think ??

cheap paint shrinks more than higher end stuff but yes most all paint shrinks...shouldnt to the point of seeing cracks though.

Cutting and buffing a second time will wear your clear a little thin...but since he put at least 3 coats of clear you will be fine.
