Hey guys, I noticed that the bulb in my glove box has gone out. Since I had a couple extra 194 bulbs sitting around I decided to replace it. Well, I tried 2 brand new bulbs and it still doesn't work. What do you guys think is wrong w/ it? Sorry to ask a dumb question but I don't know much about electronic stuff like that.

Thanks!

Your lights have to be on I think for the glove box light to work.

I put a purple neon light in the glove box. It looks real sweet on the black interior at night. Its a very clean install, I removed the glove box to drill the holes and hid the transformer behind. The same pin switch controls it.

How, did you replace your bulb? It looks difficult to do?

No, I found an oil leak that was going to cost $600 to fix and I did not want to put that kind of money in an engine with that many miles. I had to put back the engine flush while I was finding out what was wrong. I did not want to do an engine flush with a leak. After finding out it was going to cost $600 I decided to just drive it the way it is for a month or two then while I got everything together to put in a turbo z31 engine.
Just today my dad took my car to the shop and had them do the work without asking me. He wants me to pay for it now. I am so ****ed. Right now I don't know what I am going to do. If I do the flush I won't be for another 3000 miles. If I put in the new engine (which might not happen because of the crap my dad keeps pulling) I will definatly have it done. (600 f***ing dollars to replace two f***ing seals. That is some royal bull****.) Sorry, had to vent.

I told you guys I was dumb when it comes to this stuff! It didn't work cause my lights were off!! I'm so stupid! I put an orange bulb in there and it looks tight. Jacob, I'll show you how to do it.
