Buy some Liquid Wrench and spray the bolts (let it sit for a while). Rust remover at an automotive store will also do the trick. I just installed my GXE fogs today, and they look great! Good luck with yours.

Whats the difference between the GXE fogs and the stock fogs that came from the factory with my 91 SE?

GXE fogs are Bosch and thinner I just put some on my SE. You have to do some custom wiring and buy GXE mounts

Which are better? How much did those mounts cost? My dealership says the 89-94 Fogs just come in one style and he showed me his database to prove it.

It is too small of an area to get a wrench up there to take apart the fog light. So, does anyone knoe how to get up in there to get these damn things off?

I finally just got my fog light housings off yesterday and replaced the lenses after about 2 weeks of trying to figure out how to get them off. There is a few options. To just get the lens off you can try to fit some sort of a screwdriver up behind and take the two small philips head screws out from behind the lens. To get the black housing off as well, try the two screws that are almost straight up in the middle, and the bolt that goes through it. If you can't get those to come off either (which I couldn't), you can try taking the two large philips head screws out from the frame of the car. They might break off, so just drill two new holes and your set. Hope that helps.

Don't mind 'em. Some always feel the need to respond to a post whether or not their comments are relavent or not, or just plain dumb.

If you look up where the metal support of the fog attatches to the frame, there should be a bolt with a phillips head on it way up in there. I found that they came off after a little coaxing.

On the GXE fogs, if you look under teh bumper, there is a very slim space maybe about .5 to 1 inch. I just slipped a 10 mm (I think) box end wrench and loosened the bolt. I don't know if it's different for SE's. Good luck.
