Rust repair panel source?

Rust repair panel source?
The rockers on my max are a little soft in places, and before I get it on the road I would like to replace them. Is there an aftermarket source for these, or is this something I'm going to have to fab up? The drive side wheel well needs a minor repair as well, however it shouldn't be a problem to construct a piece of steel that fits.
Also, I've been reading up on common rust issues with these cars (I live in salty ontario) and the rear seatbelt mount and seat area seems to be common. I popped my seat off and although their is little to no rust in this area, there is an excess of moisture. Is there anything that can be done to seal this area? THanks!

nothing aftermarket available. rusted rockers dont affect the structural integrity of the car(front and rear hit wise) so unless it's an eyesore, just leave it be.you probably have moisture comming from holes in the wheelwell area, and its showing up by the seat belts because it's lower. i would undercoat the wheelwells and under the car to minimize the water
