Anybody know of someone who has installed 4th gen foglights on a 3rd gen? or if it can even be done? To me, the regular 3rd gen foglights just make the car look "bug-eyed." Also, I have a GXE, is the wiring already there? I know I'll need a switch and fuse and relay, but what about the harnesses under the bumper?

 

I don't think they would look right...The 4th gen fogs curve inward with the contour of the front bumber on a forth gen...

 

I have some 200SX fogs (96 I believe) that look almost just like the ones on the 4th gen there. I will sell them for $50 if you want...they are in perfect shape I believe.

 

I don't know how you would get them to fit without looking goofy.

If you don't like the stock fogs, you can buy a set of brackets off a junkyard car (or parts from .org for sale forum) and take off the old foglight and remount some kind of aftermarket one using the same wiring.

I have been meaning to do this, but I have used my headlights about 3 times since January, so I am in no hurry to put in new fogs. I usually take out my fogs in the summer, anyway.
