Mobil regular engine oil

For my maxima (93 SE with 95,000 Miles) I used regular Mobil Oil (5W-30) with Nissan Filter. But right now the regular ones are all gone from the stores.. I see synthetic, Clean 7500, Clean 5000 only... Is clean 5000 same as regular Mobil..?

I'd use 10w-30 for spring/summer. The engine will be getting hotter then in the winter, and the oil will get thinner. So its better to use 10w30. As for the milage ratings, I donno.

As per your owners manual, find an appropriate weight designated "energy conserving" and you should be ok. Even if it's not your brand of choice, it won't hurt for one OCI
