Correct Torque Value On Rear Caliper Pin Bolt?

I have '94 SE and I need to know what is the correct torque value for the pin bolt (or bleed screw) on the rear brake calipers.
I changed the rotor, caliper and pads on the rear left side and i tightened the bleed screw as much as i could and all the breaks seemed to barely work, actualy only the driver side brakes were hot. Then i losened the screw and the brakes felt ok but after driving a while the new brakes (rear left) started smoking! Then i bought torque wrench and tightened the bleed screw to 20-something ft. lbs. and now everything seems ok but the new brakes still are getting too hot. Maybe i should change the rear right brakes (the only bad brakes) too?
So thank you in advance, all I need is correct torque value for rear pin bolt, but please don't guess, answer only if you are 100% sure.

The bleed screws have nothing to do with your problem, all they do is bleed the air out of the brake lines..

Your rear calipers are most likely seized up....Both my rears have done the same thing...They need to be replaced...

This is a fairly common problem on the se model 3rd gens...

p.s. your recent post whoring will probably get you banned for a while..
