Should the AC Lines be Frosty?

Was driving the max home today, and for some reason it would suddently lose power like mad, and stalled a few times (probably a cracked coil pack, as it has been raining the last two days), however I popped the hood to make sure it was not a bad vaccum line or something obvious, and realized the metal AC line coming out if the compressor is covered with frost. So was the the other metal section of that line, located up near the side of the valve cover on the right hand side of the engine.

Is this something normal when it rains? I check AC pressure and it is right in the range it should be. AC works fine, I just dont use it that often. Has been recently converted to R-134a.

Is this anything to be worried about? Or am I freaking out about nothing.
