Distributor

Ok I changed my oil yesterday and did my timing belt and oils seals over the past weekend. I heard a whining noise from the belt side after reving the motor and it came back to idle. I put my ear to the distributor and the noise is coming from it...

Can the bushings be replaced in a VG's dis?
If not does anyone have a used dis. that I can get for cheap? I just need the housing as I just replaced the crank sensor.

How expensive are these from the auto parts store? I did mine a year or so ago and don't remember it being that expensive?
