Whats the difference with the
Suspension Tech f/r sway bar set
n the addco rear sway bar?
Which works better, what are the sizes on both?
I'm guessing the susp tech one would be thicker to
account for the front sway bar but i have no clue.

I know that I have heard the same thing. I have seen someone mention it on here before.

Might've been me

I have the ST bars and I have broken both of the brackets that the rear links connect to. The bolts pulled right down through the metal. They are just thin, stamped pieces that aren't thick enough for the rigidity of the bar. The ends stayed connected, but that link was left dangling. The best thing to do if you're getting them is to have a heavy duty washer welded to one, or both sides of those brackets on the rear before the bar is installed. Will save you a headache later. My dealership told me that the brackets aren't available as a replacement part. They are part of the chassis.
The ST bars have about the same outside diameter as the stock bars. Difference is they are solid and not hollow. The front bar is VERY heavy. The set also includes the urethane bushings, all necessary hardware and a little packet of white lubricant. (Known as Gorilla Snot).

ST bars are FRT/REAR set-up. The Addco rear bar is thicker than the ST rear bar. Both rear bars will eventually damage the mounts.

Did you loose out on stability of the car since the links broke? Would you suggest the washer solution, or can you try to have a shop add more metal to the chassis by welding near the links to have more rigidity?

You will until you get them fixed because when that bracket breaks the bar is only connected at each wheel and no longer connected to the chassis. It's basically doing nothing at that point.
To answer Evil Yak's question: The only way to prevent damage is to get washers welded to the brackets BEFORE you instal the bars. With washers welded to the brackets they are stronger than the original, unbroken brackets without anything supporting them.
