It has the info on tints in all states.
35% is pretty good, my friend got 35's on all sides, and 5% on back. I don't really like the 5% on the back because at night, it reduces visibility in the rear pretty damn bad, but he is used to it. 35% is good, When I will be getting tints I'll go with like 25% on sides and 15% on rear. I don't know yet, since in NY the legal tint is 70%!!!!!! I must have that much with the factory tint.

what's up with that why all the diff #s, i knew Miami politicians and cops were on something....but that diffrent
do you guys think 28% front and rear with 20% in the rear is dark...never had tints on a car and ive seen some cars here where they should have stayed without them b/c you can see right through them

I would at least go for 15% from the passenger windows back. If you can see if they will tint your sides 20%. If not just get what ever the darkest you can on the drivers side and get 15% for everything else. Thats what I would do.
