is this worth buying?

This car has:
AC
Sunroof
Cruise Control
185,xxx miles
Black Leather interior
New alternator
New Brake pads
Clutch is 3 years old
Black exterior
Power windows, seats, sunroof, door locks
Great power and speed, just like a maxima should

Needs some TLC. Engine will stall occasionally, not sure why. The cable for the driver's side seat belt came off the track, dealership should fix it for free because it's a safety issue. Engine makes slight fluttering sound (it's been like that the whole time I've had it [3 years] and hasn't been a problem).

If you can, get someone to look at it and see what needs fixing. It's no good if the car sells for cheap but costs a fortune in parts/labor to fix. Other than that it looks good to me, but maybe I'm just partial to black maximas
