o2 sensor upgrade?

i saw that a fellow that had the same exact exhaust setup as me was selling his whole exhaust kit off of his autocross gxe. he also said "will include that bosch o2 sensor that you will need for this", so apparently i need to upgrade my o2 sensor to handle the increased airflow? can anyone point me into the right direction on this one?

also, anyone got a passenger side control arm that they want to sell me? the bushings are worn on mine. AND also...how in the hell does the right brake cable come off of the equalizer? mine snapped and i was going to replace it, but it doesnt do much good when i have a resonator in the way and i dont know how to disconnect the cable correctly...!

1. he probably had the larger o2 bung welded on instead of the smaller one the max normally uses. the sensor couldn't care less how much you flow through the exhaust, it just measures the A/F

2. the whole control arm brand new is only $62.50 it's not worth buying a used one
