Transmission jerks when putting to drive after changing injectos

So after putting on the injectors, the car will kind of jerk when putting it to drive. Prior to the injector install, it would not jerk too noticeable. btw, the car was not used for about 2 weeks as I had to wait for some parts. Also the car seems to take longer to shift. It does not slip and is somewhat smooth when shifting. Also the car is not on power mode nor comfort. Should I disconnect the battery for a while and later check?

I was wondering if I forgot to connect one of the wires for the tranny. I'll check real fast/
