Antenna Prob.

My antenna likes not to go down when radio is turned off. the motor sounds but the antenna needs a lil help. if i push it down like 1/3 a cm it catchs and goes down. but wont without the extra help. any advice?

i think almost everyone has this problem with their max's. mine didnt work when i bought mine
