Found some new sites online from dedicated maxima owners. These sites seem to have a great deal on knowlege and I haven't heard them referenced here before so I thought I'd make them known! For the TSB page, theres tons of info for every different year, but I'm pretty sure even though it's in the 89 section it could be applied to a 94, or vice versa....in most cases at least.

I've seen the first site once or twice and the second site is from a guy from Sweeden that use to post on here by the name of Wiking. He stopped a long time ago... he was very helpful much of the time.

I wonder what happened to Wiking. It says his cardomain page was updated on the 2nd of July, so he's not dead. Maybe he just thought we were all stupid. Compared to him, most of us are. Man, did he know his stuff.

 

he got pissed off because we like have functional brakes.

 

That sounds like something he would say. But yeah that thread with him Matt and Jeff was pretty funny.

 

He still emails me every once in awhile. He hasn't said what caused him to quit posting, but I have to believe it was the brakes deal.

that was an intersting thread. lots of good info from both parties. the european way of thinking is much different than american. in canada we have a bit of both so i can see some of wikings points but tend to agree with matt and jeffs theories.

he was helpful. strange....but still helpful.
