Dust Cap?

I need to find the dust caps for a 90 Maxima SE or at least what the size of it is so I might be able to cross reference it.

In case you don't know what I am looking for, it is the thing this guy is trying to pry off:

The cap prevents dirt from getting into the rear wheel bearings...I wouldn't go without them....

I need two. I was thinking of just going to the Nissan Dealership to find some.

Pepboys had some but I was not sure if any of them were the right ones...so does anyone have any idea what size we need?

Just found out only the rear tires need them! The front axels have seals in the bearings so caps are not needed and never came with the Maxima.

Dust Caps

Aren't the dust caps the same size for each year?

there are different shaped dust caps on different years/generations. some of them are shorter than others and will clear more wheels on the inside.

you should have at least some grease in them, which helps keep any moisture out of the wheel bearing. water won't touch the metal if its covered in grease..

and no, you do not have dust caps on the front. only the rear.
