Window Reg HELP!

I have the regulator out, but the old motor, which still works, is attached and I can't pry it off. Anyone had a simular experiance? I can't handle being this close and not have a finished product.

there are 3 or so screws taht hold teh regulator to the motor

I busted my knuckles trying to replace a regulator. So just take your time.
