I have this whining coming from the front right side whenever the car is in motion at 30+ MPH. Also, when I make a turn there's a slight tire screeching sound. Is this a possible wheel bearing failure or something else?

 

Sounds like you need a brake job....

 

Greenmax, could you be more specific? Rotor, pads, caliper? Thanks.

 

I had a slight scrapping sound from my car after installing my springs, and it was the brake dust shield that was bent and touching the rotor, it would get louder when I would take turns as well. Most likely not the same noise you are hearing but I thought I would toss my .02
