Pacesetter headers
#2
Two different animals dude...Exhaust headers go from the heads down to the underside of the car, then the y-pipe attaches to them....
Stay away from pacsetter headers, they are not well made, and have fittment issues...
Just get the warpspeed y-pipe....

i had the pacesetter sts on my 91 max i had and loved it reduced shift throw by alot and was juz what i wanted in my shifter. and paying like 75 to 90 juz for that shifter instead of like what alil over 200 for the stillen is a better deal

I recommend the factory shifter shortened...not cut of and shortened because that doesnt shorten the throw...but actually moving the ball up. Matt told me about this and I tried it. The feel is perfect...not notchy or sticky but just like stock. Now I did have all of the linkage out when I did the motor on my car so I lubed everything and I am sure that helped a little too.
I put the shifter in the oven for a while to get the ball soft then moved the ball up about an inch and its perfect.

you know, i had pace setters a while back, if anyone remembers..... from headers to exhaust....everything but the Y-pipe...they didnt exactly fit...at all.
but right now, although its illegal, i have my complete exhaust cut off at the flex pipe, and have a resonator in that spot just to create some bckflow to keep valves from burnin'.. and it sounds like muscle <3

my monza, by pacesetter, sounds pretty good; doesnt have that tinny, high pitch honda sound (the "straight through" sound). very "beefy". it is a very good fit and deal. you wont get much performance out of it without opening up the y pipe or headers, though. its all about tone.
