Need: Cloth Manual Drivers Seat

The driver seat in my Project Max has a broken frame. As I am no upholstery guy I would simply like to bolt in a 'new' seat. I have sourced one, but the guy wants $95 for it. Being that this is a $2002 challenge car I really want it to be a bit cheaper than that so I can add more 'go fast' goodies to the car.
That said, anybody know where I can get one? I have poked around the Pick-and-Pull lots in my area and there just aren't any seats that are suitable (All really in bad shape)
The car is a '91 SE with a Dark Grey/Blue interior I don't know the code off the top of my head.
I did a search on the boards here and didn't come up with anything....

Do you have the trim code, it's next to the paint code, we have several seats w/ good frames but worn covers.
