looking 4 clear taillights

i've just bought a 91 Maxima and am looking to find clear tail lights for it if they make them also what is the difference between a gxe,se and the brougham models thanks for anything

congrats on your new car. but for the the clear tails, none are avaliable so it will have to be custom (you have to make em yourself or find somebody to do it for you) and that also goes for altezzas (currently they are only avaliable for the 4th gen, 95-99). basically the gxe was ment for luxury and se ment for sport. gxe has the vg motor which is a 160 hp sohc v6 engine and the se has a ve which is a 190 hp dohc v6 engine. both came in auto and manuel form form depending on the year. another maxima.org member has a great informative website that explains alot about the 3rd gen's...where are you craig?

i think the broughan has both the gxe and se options.

89 - 91 maximas all have the same VG engine. 160 hp. 183 lb ft torque.

92-94 maximas have different engines. the gxe has the vg engine and the se has the ve engine. 190 hp 186 lb ft torque

i don't think the brougham was a US model. i know some people in canada had it.

thanks again for all your info i just bought my 91 max last month it's a Brougham model i've just done some interior mods please tell me what you think or it you have any ideas on what else i could do(going for a black and yellow scheme)
