Just got inpected, emissions question

A few days ago, my car finally got inspected (after a month of overdue), and it passed. But the thing is it passed the emissions test... but I have a fuel injector problem (maybe you've heard by my posts), does it matter if the fuel injector is messed up to pass the emissions test? Or is it the whole time my fuel injectors were fine all along and it's another problem I am having? Thanks in advance

passing emissions does not mean all cylinders are firing.

So that means my fuel injectors still might be faulty?

actually a non firing injector means less fuel dumped in and less burned which means less emissions.

yes that's what i was saying. from what i understood, you were asking if it meant you were firing on all cylinders because you passed emissions which is not the case.

If anything, I'd figure that if one of your injectors were bad, a CEL would come up. Which would then mean, the SMOG'r would fail or refuse to SMOG your car. But, I guess not.

These cars Rarely ever set a cel code, especially for a bad injector...
